1. Reservation Policy:
To complete the appointment reservation you require a deposit of the total amount before your arrival at the doctor’s office. If the patient won’t show up or won’t be able to arrive to his appointment, he can reschedule the appointment within 30 days. Deposit refund is not available.

Additional Charges:
The total price of the appointment does not include any additional medical procedures and is charged accordingly. Payment for additional medical procedures is made at the doctor’s office.
